3 years comprehensive warranty and 07-year service support assurance warranty that covers all mechanical issues, such
as free parts replacement within 01 to 03 years of purchase. No hidden fees, no hassle, no worries.
We value our customers and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Whether you need a new
battery, a new screen, or a new Controller, we will replace it for you at no extra cost conditions to warranty policy.
Our warranty is one of the best in the industry and it shows how much we care about our products and our customers. With ROTAI, you
can enjoy peace of mind and a great user experience.
Warranty Duration
Massage Chairs:
- General Models: Below Net Value of INR 150000/- will Covered for 1 years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- Dual Mechanism Regular Massage Chair: Above Net Value of INR 150000/- Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- ROVO Massage Chair: Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
Spare Parts & Accessories:
Has no warranty.
Coverage Details
- Free parts replacement as per above applicable of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only others like.
- (a) Malfunction or damages resulting from natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and or accidents.
- (b) Defects from using wrong electrical supply, Misuses or damages by negligence are and abuse, pest & disinfection, RAT’s.
- (c) Defects from gnawing damage, water damage, power surges, transients, or voltage fluctuations.
- (d) Accessories.
- Chargeable Services
Certain services and parts may be chargeable if warranty terms are not met or supporting documents are incomplete.
Repair or Replacement
- ROTAI may choose to repair or replace a defective product.
- If replaced, the original warranty is terminated, and the replaced product becomes ROTAI's property.
Limitations
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- ROTAI is not liable for damages beyond the purchase price.
Service Process
- Customers can send their ROTAI product to any ROTAI Outlet during operating hours.
- Delivery charges apply for collection, return, or delivery of defective products.
Warranty Policy for Authorized Reseller Purchases
If you purchase your massage chair from a ROTAI Authorized Reseller (outside our official website or India showrooms), the
Service and Visit coverage is as follows:
- For massage chairs priced below INR 150,000: INR 3500/- PLUS GST.
- For massage chairs priced INR Above 150,000 or more: Rs 5000/- plus GST.
Please keep your purchase invoice as proof of purchase date.
Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty
Invalidation of Warranty
- Warranty is void if the product serial number is tampered with or used commercially.
- Exclusions include non-operating items, consumables, user-performed maintenance, and more.
Exclusions from Coverage
- Cosmetic damage, wear and tear, general maintenance, and more are not covered.
Liability Limitations
- ROTAI is not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond the product's purchase price.
