About Delivery

Regarding Delivery

FIRST FLOOR INR 1000 (tax included)
SECOND FLOOR INR 2500 (tax included)

If the total purchase amount is INR 500 THOUSAND (tax included) or more, we will deliver it free of charge.

In the case of remote area, INR 1000 (tax included) may be applied when ordering, but it will be
changed upto INR 2,100 (tax included) when the order is confirmed.

If you shop as a member, the shipping fee will be free regardless of the purchase amount.

About shipping fee when ordering multiple items

If you order multiple items at the same time, the shipping fee will be only for one item.

About specifying the delivery date and time

As a general rule, we do not accept delivery dates.

If you would like a delivery date, please fill in the message field when ordering or contact us in advance.

Delivery of small items, consumables, and accessories

  • The delivery method will be “GATI OR DTDC EXPRESS”.
  • We will ship the next business day or two business days after receiving your order (after confirming payment). The shipping date excludes our holidays such as weekends and holidays.
  • We will ship from JAIPUR or MOST NEAREST WAREHOUSE.
  • We will inform you when shipping will stop due to inventory etc.
  • During the sale period, long holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc., it may take longer than usual to deliver the product.

Delivery flow of large products (massage chair, diet trainer core)

  • After receiving your order (after confirming payment), we will ship within 2 business days or 4 business days after all confirmation of delivery address information is completed. Depending on the delivery date, the shipping date may be 5 business days or more after reception. The shipping date excludes our holidays such as weekends and holidays.
  • The delivery time will vary depending on your order.
    Details such as the shipping date and delivery company will be announced in the “Order Confirmation Email”. If you have a request for delivery, please enter it in the message field when ordering.
  • The delivery company will contact you by phone about the delivery date, so when ordering, please enter a phone number that is easy to contact during the day.
  • Depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to meet your request even if you specify the delivery date. Please note.

Notes on remote islands and remote areas (areas where transportation is unclear, such as mountainous areas)

  • For customers who live in remote islands or remote areas (areas where transportation is unclear such as mountainous areas), we will check each time whether large items (massage chairs, diet trainer cores) can be delivered, and we will refuse orders depending on the area. We may do it.
  • In addition, even if the product is delivered, we will charge a separate fee for on-site repair / replacement work during after-maintenance even within the manufacturer’s warranty period ( according to Article 6 of the manufacturer’s warranty policy ). Depending on the area, we may not be able to provide on-site repairs or product exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you in advance for your understanding.

Delivery Time

Upon successful order placement, your order will be processed for shipment within 1-2 business days. (Avoid weekends or festival holidays)

We strive to deliver your order to your doorstep within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.

Doorstep Delivery

Doorstep delivery is included up to ground floor level. In case the delivery location requires lifting or movement to multiple floors, the same is not covered under standard delivery. The brand can assist in arranging the required labour at actual cost, payable by the purchaser.

To enhance your convenience, you will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Damage Coverage

We understand the importance of receiving your product in perfect condition. That’s why our shipping policy includes coverage for any potential damages to your purchase during transit. We take the whole responsibility of any loss or damage caused to your product till the product gets delivered, after the product is delivered, the responsibility is transferred to the consignee itself.

Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend inspecting the packaging and product upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Return Policy

Any return request shall be entertained strictly in cases of manufacturing defects or transit-related damage, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Upon verification and confirmation, the product shall be replaced with a brand-new unit, as per company policy.
